Dear Surgeon General,
I am happy to inform you that I have set in motion the process to create The World State and the Imperial Government of Planet Earth. All the relevant information is available on the website given above.
I am a person who has achieved a high degree of health and am 46 years old. I have lived in Toronto for over nine years.
My investigations have revealed that most people are ignorant about the following two areas of Human Health, knowledge of which is vital for the maintenance of good health.
The Metabolic Process known as Anabolism
Dangers of forming Platonic Attachments
Ignorance of the Public about these matters is due to the fact that Public Health Officials
are not educating the Public although it is their responsibility to do so.
I write to request you , as the Most Senior Public Health Official in the World, to initiate suitable action to remedy this situation.
WDF will be working towards establishing a Shadow Government with offices all over the world and creating the World State and IGOPE by having the World State Constitution adopted in a small country like Jamaica, where the Queen is already the Head of State.
I trust you will see the enormous benefits that will accrue to mankind and extend your support.
Think not what you can do for the World State.
