Monies in this fund will be used to pay the administration expenses of World Development Foundation and Projects.
Proceeds from the sale of World State Smiley Face Buttons will be credited to this fund. DISTRIBUTION FUND Monies in this fund will be distributed to Municipalities around the world for funding Development Projects. These funds wiil be deployed as Stratergic Investments which will produce a Return and Assets accquired will eventually be handed over to the World State Treasury.
