Points of Interest:

* The Shadow Government will have it's HQ at the Lloyd's Building in London, Regional Office for North America at the World Trade Centre in New York and 1011 Offices around the World.

* Campaign for the World State, Fund Raising and Lobbying the present Governments for immediate reform will be undertaken by these offices manned by nominees to the World
Administrative Service.

* Main Priority of the Shadow Government will be to have the
World State Constitution Adopted in a Small Country making the Government Official.

* The Shadow Government will also give priority to work with Reigning Monarchs to form the Royal Council.

* Once Official the IGOPE will be able to move through
Diplomatic Channels and by way of Judicial Writ.
